Duration: we now show only the legal maximum (one year), since there is no official minimum, and note that in practice many applications take longer and that no answer within the period counts as a refusal. Online application: under «Situación» we no longer suggest «Caso General» for one-year cases other than marriage; choose the option for your case on the screen.
