Right of withdrawal

Your right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a pack within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason (articles 102 to 108 of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The period starts on the day after the purchase and ends at 23:59:59 (Spanish mainland time, Europe/Madrid) on the fourteenth day. You do not give up this right by buying or by using the pack.

How to exercise it

It is enough to tell us your decision before the period ends, in any of these ways:

• From your account: in "Your account", press "Withdraw from contract", choose the purchase and press "Confirm withdrawal". You may give a reason, but you do not have to. The "Withdraw from contract" link, at the foot of every page, takes you to that function (if you are not signed in, it asks you to sign in first).
• By email to [email protected], with a clear statement of your decision.
• With the withdrawal form on this page (using it is not compulsory), sent to [email protected].

We email you an acknowledgement without delay, with the date and time we received your request. If you withdraw by email, the acknowledgement also includes the content of your statement.

Refund

If you withdraw within the period, we refund the full amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive your notice. If you withdraw from your account, the refund is issued straight away; if you withdraw by email within the period, we refund you just as if you had done it from your account. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you pay no fees for the refund. When we refund you, we remove access to the pack.

After the 14 days you can still send us the request from your account or by email: we record it, email you the acknowledgement and reply, but there is no automatic refund.

Withdrawal form

Model form (Annex B of the Spanish consumer law, from Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
