Who sells

These terms govern the purchase of packs on this website, in accordance with the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI). The seller is:

What you buy

A pack for one specific procedure, with a single payment and no subscription. The pack unlocks, for that procedure, the generation of the official forms filled in with your details, the answer sheets for paying the fees and the generated letters, including later content updates for that procedure.

We guarantee access to the pack for at least 2 years from the purchase. If we close the service earlier, we will let you know by email at least 3 months in advance and refund the part of the price proportional to the time left of those 2 years. After the 2 years, you keep access for as long as the service runs.

What you buy is information and tools, not legal advice. We do not file anything on your behalf or represent you before the authorities. Before you submit anything, it is you who checks that the details are correct.

Technical requirements

To use the pack you need Internet access, a current browser (a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled, and a PDF reader to open and print the generated forms. The files carry no copy protection (DRM).

How the contract is made

You choose the pack, review the price and these terms, pay in Stripe Checkout and the pack unlocks; the invoice reaches you by email. Before paying you can correct any input error: your profile details can be edited at any time before you generate the documents, in Stripe Checkout you can review and change the details before confirming the payment, and your browser's back button takes you to the previous step.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros, VAT included, and are shown on the pricing page and before you pay. Payment is made by card or other methods through Stripe Checkout; we never see your card details.

For every purchase we issue a numbered invoice, which Stripe emails to you together with the receipt. If you need your tax details (for example, your NIF) on the invoice, write to [email protected].

The contract is concluded in the language in which you use the site (Spanish, English, German, Polish, Russian or Turkish). The versions in other languages are translations and, if they differ, the Spanish version prevails. We do not file the contract as a separate document: these terms are always available on this page, and the date of the latest version is shown above.

Delivery

The pack is unlocked immediately, as soon as Stripe confirms the payment to us. If unlocking takes more than a few minutes, write to us at [email protected].

Withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, without giving any reason, even if you have already used the pack. The period starts on the day after the purchase and ends at 23:59:59 (Spanish mainland time, Europe/Madrid) on the fourteenth day. You can do it from your account (the "Withdraw from contract" link, at the foot of every page, takes you there, signing in first if needed), by email to [email protected] or with the form. All the details are on the "Right of withdrawal" page.

Refunds

If you withdraw within the period, we refund the full amount; from your account the refund is issued straight away, by email you are refunded just the same, and in any case it reaches you no later than 14 days after your request. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. A refund removes access to the pack. After the 14 days, we review each request and reply.

Changes to the pack

We may change the pack for valid reasons (legal or regulatory changes, changes to the official forms, security or error correction), at no cost to you and with notice. If a change harms you, you can terminate the contract and we refund the proportional part of the price; you have 30 days from the notice to do so (article 126 bis TRLGDCU).

Legal guarantee of conformity

As a digital service, the pack is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 114 ff. TRLGDCU) for the whole time we supply it to you. If it is not in conformity, you can ask us to bring it into conformity, for a price reduction or to terminate the contract. To claim, write to [email protected].

Liability

We keep the content verified and dated, and we fix the errors you report to us. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any procedure, which depends on the authorities and on your particular situation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If you have a problem with your purchase, write to us at [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also turn to the consumer services of your region or your town hall.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
