Who provides the service

These terms govern the free use of this website, published under the trade name "Sellado" at sellado.app: the free guides and the file without an account. Buying packs is also governed by the "Terms of sale". The owner is:

Where the homepage questionnaire starts, and wherever else a file without an account is created, we show the notice "By continuing you accept the Terms of use". By continuing there (answering the questions) you accept these terms, and we store the version you accepted with your file without an account. If you do not agree with them, do not continue.

What the service is

Free guides to administrative procedures in Spain: which procedure applies to you, in what order, which documents you need and where each one is filed. If you answer a few questions about your situation, we show you an ordered roadmap and you can mark the steps you have already done. You can do this without creating an account: your answers and your progress are kept in a file without an account, linked to this browser.

Free use costs nothing and does not oblige you to buy anything.

Not legal advice

The information is general and is not legal advice. We do not file anything on your behalf or represent you before the authorities. If your case is complex, consult a professional.

You check the details

Before you submit any document, check that your details are correct and confirm the requirements in the official source we link in every guide. Every step shows the date on which we last checked its content against the official sources.

No guaranteed outcome

We keep the content verified and dated, and we fix the errors you report to us. Even so, rules and procedures change, and the outcome of any procedure depends on the authorities and on your particular situation: we cannot guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable use

Use the site to find out about your own procedures or those of the people you help. You may not:

• use the "Report an error" button to send advertising, offensive messages, content unrelated to the step, or bulk or automated submissions;
• try to access other people's data or parts of the site that are not public;
• overload the site or interfere with how it works, for example with bulk automated requests.

If we detect such use, we may discard the reports concerned and limit access from the source of the abuse.

Changes to the free content

We may change, extend or withdraw the free guides and the free features at any time, for example to correct them or when the rules change. We publish the changes to each guide in its public change log. Anything you have bought is governed by the "Terms of sale".

File without an account

Your file without an account is recognised through a cookie in this browser. If you do not use it for 12 months, we delete it, together with its progress; each use restarts the period. If you sign in from this same browser, or create an account when you buy a pack, the file is attached to your account and is kept like the account's files. If you clear your browser's cookies, you lose access to the file without an account. The details are in the "Privacy policy".

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
